Communicating Strategy

Technical work requires decisions and commitments. Over time, these add up and it becomes more difficult to make changes. When teams work in silos, they often wind up doing the same tasks and/or set standards that are good for one team but bad for the end-to-end process. Communicating strategy with roadmaps, metrics, and other tools is an important part of a successful management strategy for software team managers.
